his passive with the villain icon is op. i was a tank with 3.4k health, stacked up on armor and MR and garen just shred through all that like a rhino going through a glass door.
literally took him like 4 seconds to kill me. probably less. his ult was hitting me at 1.5k dmg
right now he has no counter play, just wait until you get a villain icon....and go after them. you will kill them before they can even flash.

Garen is like: Rightclick into 5 dudes, wait 40seconds, drink a tea, press R, drink another tea, get a kill, rightclick out, eat something, survive with 3/4 hp and write "easy".

Eh, the rework didn't nerf her much but I don't think it helped her either... seems like she's a little bit harder now but does the same damage.
