Not really. Fiddlesticks is the last Champion to need Spellvamp. In the jungle, more AP means faster clear, and his W alone keeps him topped off. Against Champions, a little extra Spellvamp won't decide a 1v1, since you can just Q and heal off them to full health before it ends. It's a damage race to kill them before they can burst you down.
