Zed tips
Since I am a level 15 summoner, what runes and mysteries should I use? How should I gank? What items should I build? Can zed jungle? How can I escape ganks?

Until you become more experienced, you'll want armor seals (scaling or flat; up to you, but I prefer scaling for late game), Magic resist glyphs (scaling/flat; I prefer scaling for late game), Attack Damage marks (Flats; always flats for AD) and Attack damage quints (also flats).
As for mastery, you'll want to go 21/9/0 as a good starting point. 21 in offensive, 9 in defensive and 0 in utility.
Ganking is something you learn to do eventually as you gain experience as a player.
Just following the recommended build is enough for now until you know better.
I don't recommend Zed jungling, but you could do it theoretically.
I'd imagine banks aren't very hard to escape unless you steal from them :). I'm assuming you meant ganks. You don't really escape ganks unless you have your W skill up. Best way to AVOID ganks is to ward both sides of your lane in the brush as much as possible. Always have wards up.

don't buy runes until you are lvl 20 or else it's a waste of money because tier 3 runes are the best
