Should i buy talon?
For someone who mid lanes a lot with viktor and a little with khazix, would talon feel comfortable playing and does he have any mechanics which are similar to khazix or kassadin

Talon is very much an all-in champion, and is heavily reliant on his ult for damage, as well as to engage or escape. If you're comfortable with being gated by your ult availability, then go for it. Properly executed, Talon's combo can obliterate a squishy (or not-so-squishy) enemy in under a second, with a hefty burst of AoE damage to your surroundings for good measure.
Talon's midlane gameplay should be roughly similar to Kha'Zix, so if you play Kha'Zix comfortably, you should be okay with Talon.
Talon is more of a "kill and then die" champion. His burst is reliable but he can't escape most fights.
I would recommend Zed, he has a very all in but still safe playstyle just like the champions you play.
He can take some getting used to, but he's potent and often underestimated. He's good at nuking, has some of the best burst damage for AD assassins, and has a surprisingly decent AoE range and does good damage. It's very easy to surprise and destroy an enemy ADC, and his ult is on a very low cooldown.
On the negative side, he's more mana hungry than most other assassins, he doesn't have the escape or utility of someone like LeBlanc, he doesn't have the sustain (or Shunpo) of Katarina, he doesn't have the safety and dueling ability of Zed, and he doesn't have the everything of Fizz. There's a lot of tips and tricks for playing him, but I generally find him useful. As long as you can get your early build, you can keep up in kills and stay pretty damage relevant all game. And since his nerf, he can't even interrupt Fiddle's channel or anything. And that passive...
In my opinion, though, he has some of the best scaling from armor penetration in the game. My standard build includes
,
, and
, and I've even had luck finishing off tanks, junglers, and better duelists with it.
Talon is alot of fun. He has decent poke, but smart opponents will dodge it. I would say that most of his power comes after level 6, and his sticking power. If your team needs someone to be able to dive in and pretty much delete the enemy carry, then Talon is that champ.
oh yeah buy talon. I personally like him over zed and other ad assassins. Even though zed is "safer" talon has quicker burst and does more damage with his full combo. Combine yomuus with an ulti and a lone enemy wont even see you coming. He is so much fun.
