Toxic players in Ranked

I need help with Ranked players. Im in Silver 5 and every game I come upon these players who take every mistake you make and make into a huge deal and they wont lay off your back in till you leave the game forever. I had a player my previous game that wouldn't leave me alone when I gave WW a kill when invading. I had gone into enemy jg for their red and cam across their Ashe and nearly killed her when the WW popped up and killed me because he was already slightly ahead of me due to his ganks being successful. And from there on he would not stop being toxic. I felt like hitting a wall after this game.

You should really just mute them. The same thing happened to me last game. I was facing a Fiora top, and I never played against the new rework version, so once I died the first time, the bottom lane support already started saying "gg". From that point on it was already all very discouraging. You could try to tell them to be more positive about the game, or that if they want to say something, they should say something helpful rather than useless. But come on, let's be real, 95% of the people on this game are jerks, and far too arrogant to even bother to listen. So you honestly just have to mute them to get them off of your back. I had a jungler who went like 3/17/4 once and gave my lane like 4 kills because he apparently needed to help my lane when I was far ahead anyways and then he tries to 1v3 near dragon and gets mad at me for not helping him where i might've gotten 1 kill then died. I went like 13/6 and he said he got me all my kills and I was trash. I really dont understand some people.
