  1. Consider picking a high harass support if your adc is Cait; most Caits will not harass by themselves
  2. Don't overload your team comp on one type of niche. If everyone is hard engage you'd be vulnerable when things don't go well because you have no disengage or you lose your carries to assassins.

A tip that I think is especially relevant to the boards' community: keep in mind that if you keep losing to an "OP" or "easy to play" champion, then maybe you should play that champion to win more. Otherwise, don't whine about it so much; that champion will be nerfed eventually, if they are OP, and if they're not OP, then it's on you to learn how to deal with that champion.

I think this mentality reduces tilt and keeps you humble as a player.

  1. play music while you play, this keeps you from tilting.
  2. put your fx and graphics except resolution to the minimum, this will improve stability and keeps the distracting "eye candy" away.
  3. if you have trouble focusing on what you should be doing when, I've heard some people have luck with pretending they are a streamer. Explain every action you take, every rune/mastery/build you run, and how you should be playing your lane.
  4. play and master one champion in one role until you reach gold. I consider this the best due to that you will not only learn champ mechanics but also game mechanics much faster.
  5. take a small break between every game. This not only keeps you from tilting, but helps with things like your eyes health, and keeps you from forgetting to eat/sleep.
  6. maintain good posture. This means that getting an office chair that you can rest your arms on while also buying mice that you can adjust dpi levels on to reduce repetitive strain and carpal tunnel injuries. Don't slouch in your chair.
  7. Higher dpi is not always better. If you have a gaming mouse, don't get tricked into a higher sensitivity is better. The higher your sensitivity, the lower you accuracy, and the opposite is also true with the higher accuracy, the lower sensitivity. xWingofdeathx, a popular streamer, has recommended that a player should set both their windows and game sensitivity to 50% and then adjust your dpi. I recommend not going higher than 4200, and if that's not enough to persuade you, Faker has his as low as 800 when he plays league.
