In the 30 seconds you are chasing Udyr around the world you can have the following instead:

  1. Get 3 waves of CS (Worth bit more than a kill)
  2. Prep for dragon/baron and B
  3. Actually get dragon/baron
  4. Get buffs (So you don't have to later)
  5. Prevent yi/Tryn from splitting (Because you already pushed)
  6. Buy time for your teammates to farm jg and stuff while other team push back
  7. Ward the place

And even if you give up chasing Udyr there will be a nice wave in front of their tower that you can get instead :D

The majority of my games are lost BECAUSE my team fails to push and roams for kills. Can't tell you how frustrating that is.
