  1. Keep track of global ult/map-wide-range timers

Ashe** Ashe**: 100 / 90 / 80 (1.5 min, generally) Draven Draven: 110 / 100 / 90 Ezreal Ezreal: 80 Jinx Jinx: 90 / 75 / 60 Karthus Karthus: 200 / 180 / 160 (3/3/2.5 minutes) Nocturne Nocturne: 150 / 125 / 100_ ( 2.5/2/1.5 minutes)_ Pantheon Pantheon: 150 / 135 / 120 (2.5/2.5/2) TwistedFate Twisted Fate: 180 / 150 / 120 (3 / 2.5 / 2 minutes) Shen Shen: 180 / 160 / 120 _ (3/2.5/2 minutes)_ Soraka Soraka: 160 / 145 / 130 (2.5/2/2 minutes) Xerath Xerath: 130 / 115 / 100 Ziggs Ziggs: 120 (2 minutes)

UPGRADE YER FUCKIN' TRINKETS

Drunk Rummate5/22/2015, 6:03:39 PM3 votes

If your teammate is fighting nearby, it's more important to help them than it is to get the cannon minion in your wave. Stop CSing and go help.

BluePolarizer5/23/2015, 12:21:59 AM2 votes

MasterYi Alpha strike resets turret aggro. Its CD also reduces by 1 if you autoattack something. This saves you in early game tower dives!

You can also smite while Alpha-striking to make absolutely sure you survive to smite important objectives!

Let me add a bunch here!!! I was doing this a while back, but no1 listened to them as I still got unintelligent teammates.

Tip of the Day: 3/1/15 Probably not a good idea to try and "sneak" a baron in when the whole enemy team is up.

Tip of the Day: 2/28/15 Do not play Sion support.

Tip of the Day: 2/27/15 Stop playing champs in ranked that you have never play before ffs.

Tip of the Day: 2/26/15 DO NOT go top while the enemy team pushes mid to win.

Tip of the Day: 2/25/15 If you take Leona, don't buy relic shield, don't buy a sightstone, and sit at tower, you probably should not be calling support in champ select.

Tip of the Day: 2/24/15 Just remember, having 3 fed lane champs is better than 1 fed jungler. If you gank and can let the laner get the kill, do it. Do not take it because you are a Xin building 100% damage trying to carry. The enemy team will have a much easier time shutting you down if you are the only one with kills on your team. Also, giving the lanes kills allows them to snowball, thus decreasing their dependence on you and growing your lead as a team. If you lose the game 8/6/1 as a jungler, it is not "gg team too heavy".

Tip of the Day: 2/23/15 Diving the enemy to trade kills isn't a good idea. Sure, you might be able to dive that low health person 1v3, but if you can't escape afterwards, it is in no way helpful. You traded your kill gold for kill gold + 2 assist gold, resulting in a net loss. You also must understand that if you keep doing this, your adc will be screwed. That 8 kill Irelia is just going to jump right on your adc and they won't be able to do any damage. If you are 10/10/2 as an assassin, you are not "carrying". You are giving the enemy team an advantage.

Tip of the Day: 2/22/15 If you're jungler, keep a timer on dragon. The buffs might not seem to big, especially early, but they do add up. It can be the difference in a close game, especially if you get Exodia buff.

Tip of the Day: 2/21/15 Try to keep your ADC alive late game. You might think you can go ham as support and dive on their carries, but chances are they will have people do the same to yours. Instead, try to keep the fed Irelia from jumping on top of your ADC so they can actually do damage in the fight.

Tip of the Day: 2/20/15 If the jungler pings that he is on the way (because you have spammed 'assist me' pings), do not take it upon yourself to dive the enemy laner and die before he gets there.

Tip of the Day: 2/19/15 An easy way to tell which clone is the real one, is by which one has buffs under them.

Tip of the Day: 2/18/15 As Blitz, do not fuking grab the Leona in lane. General rule of thumb

Tip of the Day: 2/17/15 The easiest way to lose the game is to die trying to make #LC$BIGPLAY$ in lane when you are not capable of doing so. Otherwise, you would be in the LCS.

Tip of the Day: 2/16/15 If the enemy Veigar has 20 stacks on Mejais, it might be a good fucking idea to build magic resist and stop running into the unwarded jungle.

Tip of the Day: 2/15/15 Don't expect Riot to correctly balance anything.

Tip of the Day: 2/14/15 Happy Valentines Day! Tip for today is no head while playing. It makes it rather difficult to pay attention.

Tip of the Day: 2/13/15 If someone on the team is trying to take an initiative and organize a gameplan, try to listen, especially if they are giving good advice. It is better to have some sort of organization than to run around like a chicken without a head.

Tip of the Day: 2/12/15 Don't go Taric mid lane. Just don't.

Tip of the Day: 2/11/15 If you are playing a weak early game champ, you should probably play safe early game.

Tip of the Day: 2/10/15 Do not insta-lock top when you already have a top laner. Unfortunately, I know that Riot does not punish this (even though they should), but you still shouldn't do it. It causes you to lose games and get bitched at. Don't be surprised when you get bitched at and don't "/all plz report for toxic". You are just being stupid.

Tip of the Day: 2/9/15 Communicate in the champ selection screen. First pick might want to trade with jungler or whatever to avoid a counter pick. Sitting there not saying a word doesn't help anyone.

Tip of the Day: 2/8/15 Don't get caught by the enemy team. Just don't do it. Wards are pretty cheap and not overextending is pretty easy. It makes it much worse when you blame your team for it.

Tip of the Day: 2/7/15 If you have 30 mins to play a game before you have to do something, DO NOT PLAY A GAME (except custom or something that involves 0 other real players). So annoyed losing games because people just dive 1v5 because "gtg in 5 mins lets end".

Tip of the Day: 2/6/15 If the game is 15-12 and nobody has more than 4 kills, you can still win the game lol. No need to surrender at 21 mins because you are down 3 kills and decently even in farm. Basically the tip is don't give up so early, especially when the game is still close lol.

Tip of the Day: 2/5/15 Objectives > kills. Say you win like a 3v3 fight, taking 2 of their champs and giving up none of yours. Say your minion wave also happens to be close to a tower. Take the tower instead of chasing that suppport into the jungle for an additional kill. Take the tower instead of going back to base with 75% health. Take the tower instead of going to farm the jungle. Just take the tower.

Tip of the Day: 2/4/15 Don't build magic resist if the entire enemy team does physical damage.

Tip of the Day: 2/3/15 Don't play League when mad. We know that video games are supposed to be stress relievers and all, but there are far too many people that do not follow even the simple tips listed here. They will only bug you more when having an off day.

Tip of the Day: 2/2/15 Know what role you are playing. If you are playing a tank, then get in there and fuck shit up. If you are playing ADC, probably not a good idea to run into the middle of everything.

Tip of the Day: 2/1/15 Do not play a champ in ranked that you have never played in a normal 5v5 before. I recommend like 10 games. Otherwise, you are being a big douchy to your teammates when you don't know how to play your champ at all.

Tip of the Day: 1/31/15 It is always better to have an average score and get carried, than to have a terrible score and be the reason you lose.

Tip of the Day: 1/30/15 Before starting to play ranked games, make sure you practice the support role. In ranked, support is probably the only (at least the most common) role that you will be forced to play. Last pick? You're probably support. Therefore, it is only intelligent to practice this role before playing ranked. Nobody likes the "I don't know how to play support" or "No support champs" people. You are either trolling or dumb, and nobody likes a troll.

Tip of the Day: 1/29/15 Don't over push your lane without wards.

Tip of the Day: 1/28/15 If you can win the game, win it. There is no need to farm jungle instead of taking an open inhibitor after winning a team fight. You only stall the game out and give yourself opportunities to throw.

Tip of the Day: 1/27/15 Do not chase a tank into an unwarded jungle when the enemy team is MIA. You will get baited.

Tip of the Day: 1/26/15 If you are 0-3-0, please do not dive your lane opponent to go 0-4-0.

Tip of the Day: 1/25/15 Do not run into the unwarded jungle. That is a bad idea.

Tip of the Day: 1/24/15 If you are playing with a Fiddles jungle, and the enemy has a Lee Sin jungle, buy wards and play safe early. Lee has much greater early game pressure. Failing to do so does not mean "GG our jungler sucks wish we had yours", it means you are a dumb dumb.

More of an advanced trick for junglers, watch enemy laners' mobility abilities. For example, I want to gank leblanc, I watch for her w to be used, then I go in. Same idea with Kassadin, zed, caitlyn, ezreal, shen maybe. Just keep an eye out for those types of abilities when ganking- ask your laner to bait them out so it makes your job 100% easier.

Madlife tutorial: >:D As a thresh, aim your q to where they're going to be. For ezreal, the most famous hook is where you predict the e. To make sure that he E's though, you need to "Scare" him. walk up close, flay and then q it makes him panic and e straight towards teammates or tower and it makes your chances of landing the madlife that much easier.

Don't be afraid of dying.

  • You dying (say you are the support) so you and your jungler get an assist, and your adc gets a kill, is a net positive. 1 death vs 1 kill + 2 assists is significantly better.

  • Dying in a team fight by say, getting "aggro" by morg ulting, or face tanking as Alistar, so your team can win the fight, is a net positive

Your KDA is just a number that doesn't matter once the game is over, and it won't matter after you win or lose. Try not to die if your death won't garner a positive for your team, but don't be afraid of dying if it means the fed adc or mid lives, or you get an objective or a won teamfight out of it. A death is just a number - and yes, 0/5 sounds bad, but 0/5/22 starts putting your score in better perspective if you are dying to get your teammates fed, or dying so just 1 person dies (you) compared to 3-4. I've many times full on turned back into the enemy team and died because they get bloodthirsty for a kill, and my team easily escapes. Sure not everyone appreciates it in the moment, but 1 death is a lot better than 3+.

Play smart, and try to stay alive, but don't be so worried if you die or be so worried about potentially dying.

You can win a game with a score of 2/2/5 just as easily as 2/0/5

Don't put your team in such a hole the person that could maybe win you the game isn't going to get the chance. TL;DR: Don't feed super early.

Ward

Dunkrius2g5/22/2015, 9:10:59 PM1 votes

Be in the right mood when you are playing. So that you don't FCK over other people cuz u r mad/tilted.

Icestar11865/22/2015, 7:07:52 PM1 votes

Save some CC for the enemy assassin. Don't get wrecked in a teamfight because you couldn't do anything about that Katarina.

El Condor Pasa5/22/2015, 7:11:37 PM1 votes

Thresh is a ranged champion. His interaction with relic shield and its upgrades is not a bug.

Bouncing Weapon5/22/2015, 9:36:33 AM1 votes

If you are playing a pick style support like Thresh Nautilus Morgana buy a pink ward on your first back and place it in the death brush by dragon and make a roam mid to gank. I have made countless kills for my team by doing this and also if you play mid make sure to ward your side brushes, tired of seeing people lose mid and only place 3 wards the entire match....

Lol I did one of these yesterday but I got a few more tips:D

  1. Flash cooldown is 5 minutes for the most part so if someone flashes be sure to record it in chat.

  2. Jannas q is really good if you can get a full charged q off but usually its better to just q immediately.

  3. Red trinket disables pink wards for all you stealth champs out there.

  4. If your playing jungle and their jungle ganks a lane on the other side of the map counter jungle them and take 1 or 2 camps to punish them or just gank a lane yourself. Sidenote: If your top gets ganked and your the jungler take drag because it will be really easy to take.

  5. If your playing an adc and die instantly to someone or just see that they are fed, get a defensive item to counter them or atleast part of a defensive item even if it delays your build. ex. if your getting wrecked by a kat but cant afford to go all out for a banshees veil just get negatron cloak, finish your adc item, then go back and finish your veil. I see this mistake a lot even in my elo (plat).

  6. Practice csing in bots and custom games because its a very important skill even though it is pretty boring to learn.

Good luck guys

If you are playing jungle, (or if you are a roaming support) consider going for an early gank if you have a early snowballing champ on your team; Riven Fizz Pantheon To name a few. A Early kill could be all they need to completely steamroll their lane and raise your odds at winning the game.
