Help me!

I recently cannot win any of my games anymore. This happened patch 5.16 and my overall win rate just went down like I can't play this game or can't keep up with all these new things. I have a hard time counterplaying somethings like Vaynes third hit w and i must admit Fioras vitals. Any tips for just being able to play vs all these new changes because i feel like the game changed alot too fast i mean 1 rework is somewhat overwhelming but 6 at almost the same time killed me XD (Fiora Gangplank Skarner Darius and Garen)
