Champion Mastery

Will champion mastery ever be added to twisted tree line? It's my favorite mode of playing and I only really play summoners rift for mastery points. I wish i could earn points in twisted tree line even if you earned less points than summoners rift. I get why its not in howling abyss and the crystal scar (COMPLETELY different game mode styles) but why twisted? Also are there going to be higher levels of champion mastery? If so why aren't they in effect right now
