Either balance more aggressively or add more bans

Obviously it all depends on skill but I think by win rates we can tell some champions are either unbalanced which doesn't just mean over powered. If a group of champions are constantly being banned ITS FOR A REASON. Ya 50 percent win rate doesn't mean balanced but when its something higher than 56 or lower than 44 there is probably a problem. I am basing this all on high level gameplay such as the LCS and spectating games and streams so no one can say oh but have you seen a bronze yasuo? You can use that argument in every situation though. The first champions that come in mind when I think of underpowered are Syndra and Rumble. Considering how difficult Syndra is she really isn't anything amazing. As for Rumble i think he has just fallen out of meta. I am not going to list who i think is overpowered because this will get more hate than what it will probably already receive. Unless you have looked at actual solid statistics don't come in saying something completely based on opinion. I know i am not the only person requesting more bans for champions I think 8 would be okay and nothing more than 10 because that would take an absurd amount of time to deal with in que. and speaking about que, the select the champion you want to play phase shouldnt be 30 seconds considering it's nothing final I think 10 seconds would be fine. Its the small things that make a difference. I am aware of my name GrandDuelist123 lol and yes i must admit as a Fiora main she is unbalanced at least in lower/ mid rank gameplay.
