I main Leona but when I'm last pick the enemies chose her a lot so who should I play then?

are you looking for a counter or just someone else to play?
I like Lulu as a hard counter to Leona. Lulu can spend the whole beginning part of the laning phase whittling Leona down to prevent all-ins (or atleast postpone them) and then once 6 rolls around Lulu can ult the locked down target, potentially break Leona's combo up and allow her ally to flash away to safety. You can also do Thresh too. Or Fiddlesticks can counter her too, but he's unconventional and you may get some flack for picking him.
People play Leona for different reasons. Are you good with engagers, and like to decide when and how to pick fights? Then I would try Naut or Kennen. Are you good with the high base damages? Same two as above. Maybe your good at helping your laner survive? Prob Braum or Thresh then. TBH my second best support is Sona, and I know how to pick her into Leona pretty well, even if it's supposedly counter-picking myself.
