My First Champion Concept (so don't get mad)

Name: Oppar (It sounds like it's from LoL right?) Edit: I am realising this is like a mage Udyr let's just make this reality.

Base Stats: Health:567(+69 Per Level) Resource:Essence(I'll explain it later) Health Regen 1.5 Per sec(+.025 Per Level) Resource Regen 1.0 Per sec AD:48(+9 Per Level) Armor:26(+3 Per Level) Magic Resist:24(+3.4 Per Level) That's All There Is Right?

Lore: Oppar once was a human of Ionia(YES IOINA) he was a warrior, a strong one but he had his end. Oppar traveled to Noxus in search of power instead facing the most terrifying one of all, had be killed. Though he had not died at all instead, transported to a new world (Not like Void or anything, like Bard land). He felt alone but he had found the Inhabitants to be made out of an unseeable substance. Though to him one appeared and that one was Bard (Hey some people like this guy O.K.) who taught him to use the magic. He had reappered into his own world but as a new form, not human, snake, bird, or anything he had seen before. The shape transforms into something new.

Abilities: Use Essence, its cap is 200 and regenerates at 5.0 Per Second this makes him an ability caster with low amounts of spells. Please don't get mad if I don't put in the scalings and certain details

Passive: Randomly Oppar transforms, into a random form(Bird: Wind Attacks, Fish: Water Attacks, Phoenix: Fire Attacks, and Snake: Earth)

Q: Bird: The Skillshot will fire in a straight line, but of it hits the wall it will either curve to the wall and extend range, or hit the wall and dissipate(I used this right....?) Fish: The Skillshot will apply "drown" to minions and monsters this will cause them to die in 5 seconds(doesn't apply to large monsters, baron, rift herald, dragons, or seige minions). Phoenix: The Skillshot will apply "burn"....wait you wanted more? Fine then it also does extra 25% scaling Snake: The Skillshot will fire a rock with lower range due to gravity, but if the rock hits a stunned, rooted, blinded(or variation of blind), or silenced champion it will be "polymorphed".... if you want what this is go play Lulu.

Well then I have to let my brother use the computer now I'll be back to write more. Please add suggestions, changes, or artwork in comments!

Couple of tips for your presentation, firstly, and most importantly, get the complete idea of the character down, so having doubt in your concept makes it seem like an idea you dont care filor entirely, secondly, you need to utilize asterisks (the stars or shift 8 to boldand italicize or both for clarity's sake. Also a line of hyphens(- these things-) can be a good transition to another part

On the way the abilities are laid out, its very underwhelming with the immense complexity possible, and the utilization of the 4 quadrants of the map could lead to an alternative for the transformation mechanic. However, you must come up with more explanation on the abilities, you have no name(thats fine, but is difficult when referring to a certain spell to say bird q etc.) you also should think about the real stats that he would have if he used the builds you intend for him to synergize with, and put in some placeholders for numbers example: pheonix q oppar fires a skillshot that deals (x/x/x/x/x) damage and deals (x/x/x/x//x) bonus damage over X seconds.
