I don't exactly know what help you need, so I guess I'm just gonna point my advice out (this account is smurfed :P)

In the begining you miss a few minions. It is crucial to gain any form of advantage against your lane buddy, and the earlier you outfarm them, the better. Some examples include:

  • Last Hitting minions
  • Pushing Lanes
  • Heavy Poke.

With Morgana, try to hit every minion with AAs in your attack rhythm. The best way to deny farm is to have the minions under the turret. A few things happen:

  • The enemy is forced to use abilities to get the minion
  • The enemy has to focus more on timing, hence forgetting you
  • You can always provide poke to the enemy from a planned range
  • The Turret is more likely to take out the enemy's farm
  • The enemy is forced to back earlier than planned, and might buy potions and wards instead of items.

Poking the enemy champion with AA's is great. While they focus on farm, you poke with AA, dealing damage to them. BUT: dont get greedy. Focus mainly on farming, but if you cannot target any minions, deal damage to the enemy. Do not walk past your minions to inflict damage, because minions will target you too.

Use your abilities in 2 ways: Poke Karma, and get something out of it if you missed. Every missed ability is mana wasted, and could lead to trouble.

Also, whenever you want to back, push the lane aggressively, to the point the turret targets minions, or Karma blocks it with her HP. Then go back. You wont miss too much CS and you will have item advantages over her. If she has backed, punish her for it. Push the lane so aggressively that your wave gets eliminated by the turret. When you're low on health, back. Always. Better to lose CS than die, and avoid greed.

Try to anticipate movement. if she walks side to side a lot to try to dodge your abilities, move into a diagonal position. you will have more chance of hitting her. Bait her to your jungler too. If your jungler is in the top brush, move to the bot bush, she will try to hide on the farside, giving your jungler a more prime chance of striking.

Warding bushes is safe, but warding deeper will check all potential angles. Also, look at where the jungler or any enemy player last was. Is there an SS bot? ward just past the bush in order to see if people are sneaking in through the paths or if they walked to your bush. You can anticipate better.

Wards are so important. Buy a vision ward and place is in a commonly seen place (the river bushes), upgrade your wards as soon as possible (free stealth wards that stack up to 2 at a time at your disposal? OP), and buy stealth wards before that whenever you can. Vision can lead to planning, which can lead to a kill or preventing death.

Don't flash uselessly. Around 14 minutes you flash ult. You could have struck the ult without the flash.

Annie has a swirly thing around her if she has her stun available. Spell shield whoever she is going to, including yourself.

Update on your general position? Are you more pushed? If you have a free slot, update the location of your vision ward. Move it from (for example) your redside bush to the bush on their side just around the corner from the turret. It'll give you incoming gank vision, and you can see if someone is going to flank you (get you from your escape route.

Good job targeting annie at around 20 minutes. I find Jinx less potent if annie isn't around. Many people say focus the ADC, but in reality, focus whoever you can get, and if there are multiple options, reflect on the general threat. Will they have a CC effect on you? How much damage do they deal? How killable are they? Then make your decision. With Karma, Rengar, Annie, Nami, and Jinx present, the clearer threat is Annie.

Remind someone to buy a sweeper ward. Wards in the pit will limit vision for the enemy team, meaning they can't see how far you are with the drake, meaning their flash engages most likely will be rash and too early/late, meaning free kill and dragon, or just help with the drake. Plus, they have a timer if they see the drake die. Ergo, get someone to sweep, or ward it yourself.

Roam. You tend to stick to the midlane. If you've pushed a lane, but see no reason to go back (early or late), evaluate. is bot/top pushed? go and push them back, burn some summoners. Then return to your lane, push your wave, and go base to collect any rewards.

At 29 mins in you targeted the wrong minion.

Always stay behind the tank/support. You wont get caught out, and you can safely deal damage. Perks of being ranged.

Perhaps consider Liandry's Torment? It punishes your W more and also your general abilities.

32 minutes in consider the position. There are two top, including Rengar, a stealthy jungler, and two bot. Udyr was most likely dead. You made the mistake of being in the red camp without vision of your proximity. A flank was imminent, especially since you chose to exit through the bush by the birds. That was the reason you died. Your best option was directly cutting to base, not to your turret, and walking around. Also, you Zhonya'd too early.

33 minutes in, you have 2 wards, and no one is in sight. Place them in certain areas, but avoid face checking. There is a massive wave top and bot, but they are not mid. Most likely they're baiting. Be careful of facechecking. 34 minutes in was a perfect opportunity to ward around. Rengar was top, Jinx and Nami dead, so the threat is annie and karma. Should have warded instead of pushing.

Also, never do objectives without any knowledge of the enemy's whereabouts. Regarding the drake attempt, Jinx, Rengar, Annie, and Nami we're all spotted by the drake. Ward the drake and back off. Wait for more intel, are they going bot? will they try drake? they haven't warded your jungle. Use it to bait a drake attempt and catch jinx out of position.

When you bought cloth armor for Frozen Heart, you missed something crucial that your Alistar missed too. They were going to baron. Always ward these major objectives. Baron is game changing, and a drake is something any team should strive for.

39 Minutes in you chose to Zhonya. But you were already overextended. If you moved to the wall when the wave was thrown, you would've avoided dying. You got Jinx which is a good kill, but unfortunately you were out of position for it, as they got the mid tower and a flank was incoming.

Why did you lose? Your team was frequently outnumbered. When Alistar was being focused, you pushed mid instead of either warding or going bot. Why bot? a flank is less imminent. You had the opportunity to place vision in the bot jungle and push that lane, pretty much forcing them further away from mid. Cross map objectives are crucial as well. If many are seen going botlane, Get a top tower/baron. but i think it came down to two moments: The lack of vision in the baron pit, and the fight in the red jungle. Udyr was being focused, and the rest was mid. Go bot, stay mid, and ward up.

Some other tips: Ping if you spot the jungler, and give indication of his likely path. This is what allows you to predict and take more charge of the matters in the early game. It also allows your jungler to safely invade the enemy jungle, denying farm for the enemy. Even if there isnt a jungler, It's crucial to take blue, because you get one blue, Karma gets none. Your blue run out? take your own blue this time. No jungler is actually a benefit.
