I wasted many points on champs. So I have excluding the only champs I use regularly (Soraka, Trundle, Nocturne, Warwick). Which one of the following champs should I use?

Just play what you want. It doesn't matter what champ you play if you suck with them, so learn how to play them really well.
I want to suggest something to you but your responses to the people who come here to offer you advice is nothing but rude. So my advice is to change your attitude towards the game and the community itself. Be more willing to accept advice (or atleast be thankful for it) and your gaming experience here will improve.

Learn to play only like 3 champions and only play those 3. Doesn't really matter toooo much as to which champs, but play some champs that are generally in meta. Type less, don't reply to toxic comments during the game (otherwise I'd recommend staying in bronze) Look at your minimap more.
It's honestly a lot less about what champ you're playing, but more about HOW you play. Playing a good champ that you're good at gives you an advantage, but at the end of the day it's what you do WITH that champ. Learn the game first.
For support Thresh, Janna, Braum, Naut, Morganna, Nami, Sona are all pretty good. Even though Riot has nunu listed as a support for whatever stupid reason Nunu really is pretty much played as a jungler as he really doesnt do to much in a support role that other champions cant do better
bronze 5 usually have bad decisions and worst position or simply 0 awareness , when they are teamfighting they just stand there not even moves and their adc takes the cs , I have clear no idea what they are doing and get ez hit by ori ult and get ace . I often play with friends(he is b4) , and got meet a lot of low elo players. How to get well is to be humble so you can take ppl suggestions as you doing well in game doesn't meant you didn't make mistakes just enemy are far worst then you , play support like janna for example know your capabilities and know you match up well , how to ward and peel of your ad it will usually help you win games , try to forget about getting kills cause cs and objectives are way more important. suggest you to play annie , garen and soraka first cause they are quite easy to learn and very easy to be effective(but play attention of soraka positioning cause she is very squishy) , learn strategy first be4 going in mechanics becoz strategy can always apply on every champs but not individual mechanics
If you want to get out of bronze 5, work on CS, developing an EASIER and more viable champion pool. Mechanics are also good to know, but wtf do I know, i'm just some silver scrub.

Honestly, I believe that the tank meta is falling off. It's not about champions, but about your skill and time and effort in the game.

The answer is always . Pick him for everything always.
Maybe spectate the higher rank ppl games also can help ,also I remember a youtube channel teach ppl strategies , but I need to found them first . You can play with me if you want , I usually play support so i usually have some time watching other lanes so maybe i can tell you what's wrong
i would say taric or soraka, since i'm a support main. with taric, you max W, you stun when your adc needs it for peel, not for a catch and everything works out fairly well. with soraka, you need fairly good positioning so you don't die, and if you do die, it's because they used a lot just to get to you.
for support, make sure you build for the team, not sure you. it does more than it seems.
for other roles;
adc: ashe isn't too hard to play, spam W to harass in lane, use ult to peel, not for a pick unless someone is already locked down and you are sure you can get something from it.
for top lane: garen is ban a lot right now so i'm going to dis-clude him. nasus is good if you can stack, game goes long enough and you build defence. GP is good, but hard to play really well. trundle is ok also. i would say cho makes for a forgiving top laner.
noct for assassin. he's the easiest to catch people out on.
for mages, it really depends on your style of play.
if you want to hard carry bronze 5, you really need to master taking advantage of the other team's mistakes and using your lead. if you want easier games, i would just say protect the adc so they don't need to worry as much and so they can deal more damage.
