Stop saying it's easy to get out of Bronze....it is not!

Lyless··25 votes·14,801 views

People are throwing matches every other game, afks every other game, feeding every other game. It is not possible and listening to people who didn't have to deal with because they got out of Bronze quickly or they got placed into a higher elo or they have their "friends" help them. It's not possible in it's current state. And that's the bottom line and it's foolish to listen to people who are not in that league. They have no first-hand current experience. So, don't listen to these players, they don't have a clue. They never say anything for sure, they just say maybe.

The people who say it's easy to get out of bronze are typically people who have gotten out of bronze.

And the great majority haven't gotten out. Or quit. They don't have to deal with afks every other game. Which today is all I have gotten. But, I should carry 3vs 5 or 2 vs 5. Because they did the same. Nothing but lies!

Half the community (at least) got out of bronze. So your point is invalid.

A it's more than half. Bronze is MEANT to be 50% of the community. But Riot pushed it over to silver.

And thanks for the free insult, it really proves that you are there just to complain, not understand.

Understand what? That I am put in this elo to lose and not climb. I fully understand that.

Well. When you'll be able to listen how the system works, reply again. Because all I see is QQ

If you can't get out of bronze the answer is simple...your skill level is bronze. It's not your team holding you back, it's not afk's and feeders, it's YOU. Put a Diamond player in a bronze 4 game with an afk/feeder on his team, he's still going to win. There are literally thousands of people who have been placed in bronze yet managed to accomplish this "impossible" task of getting out. Odds are as i'm typing this someone is about to win their B1 promos.

dadimplayingrn1 votes

do that, a random bronze 4 game, with a diamond player, tell me what he mains i'll personally level an account just for this and get in bronze, to see this, and if he wins, with a typical bronze 4 game, i'll gift him and you 10 of those hex key things that came out today, cause this right here is never gonna happen

darkmatchwaldo2 votes

You're joking right? There's a million low elo 4v5 carry videos on youtube.

i am bronze 5 but 1vs1 i can take gold players regularly on zengamin..its not the skill its the system its broken

It's easy to get out of bronze

Unless of course you are bronze, then I'd imagine it being difficult.

wrong I can't get out Bronze if every other game is 4 vs 5.

Drehirth3 votes

you can make those excuses for why you lose, but it's easy to see you belong there for one simple reason... the games you DO win you are obviously carried... the games you win you are there for 1/3rd of your teams kills meaning you don't even contribute to the win very much..

did I carry them? Most likely not. I am B5, I can't carry. I belong here. I suck, remember? And I not there for these teams kills because these idiots chase all day while I go for turrets. But I am wrong for not following lambs into a slaughter?

Drehirth4 votes

If somebody tries to make the claim they are pushing so they aren't there for kills they would have much more cs than others, which you don't i'm talking about your 2/5/1 game where you have less cs/less damage/lowest kill contribution on your team

your 1/6/4 game tells the same story

and there are games where you probably think you have a nice score, but again didn't do much towards the win

7/3/7 (28% involvement, lowest on the team) seems like a good score right? if you're doing well why do you have less cs than your jungler? doubt it was because you were pushing lanes while they hard carried 18/4/8

keep lying to yourself, anybody else can clearly see why you are "stuck" there

Oh you mean the game where I was ganked to death and my dumb team couldn't take advantage. You mean that one? Yeah keep pushing the enemy is just going to let me do it.

I think you just have to face the fact that some players are really good at the game - I mean like good enough that they can climb out of Bronze with ease. They can 1v2, 1v3, 2v4, or w/e it is they do that makes them good. It may be easy for them, but that doesn't make it easy for others. I mean it's sort of the law of opposing forces. You can't have players that climb out of Bronze with ease unless you also have players that can't. Just don't take it personally and show everyone respect.

Heres the super secret way to get out of bronze. Get some paper and write this down: Focus. On. Your. Own. Play.

Im not joking, you cant control what your team mates do. Ya know what you can control though? You. Yes it sucks when ppl afk and all that, but you know what sucks more? People who arent willing to look at themselves and say " ok this is where i am, this is where i want to be" like i said focus on yourself.

It doesn't matter if every other game I have to play two positions. Getting won't help me if I have to deal with this unfair system screwing me every other game. I could be 22/10/7 and we would still lose, because numbers are numbers.

Tyrone Lannister2 votes

Mmmmmmmm this is what im talking about. Youve allowed yourself to let every little thing in this game affect you. Dont blame the system if you make mistakes. Youd be very suprised how many games are winnable. It just takes the intuition to see it

The skill level in bronze is so low that if you are an average player, or even a SLIGHTLY above average player you will climb out of it like it is nothing.

When I was a gold 5 player many seasons ago, I remember going on a smurf, dumpstering it to bronze playing non meta stuff that I never used, and then easily climbing it back up to silver with just 1 day of try harding. When I hit diamond last season I did the same thing, and within 40 games I was in plat.

Bronze isn't hard to climb out of. If you are in bronze it is because your skill level is bronze. If you want to get to silver get your skill level to silver. Your team mates are going to have bronze skill in bronze, that is just how it works. It isn't hard to make a play vs a bronze player though, so if you know how to make plays, go make them and climb.

not helpful at all.

Yea, it isn't helpful to be told you are where you belong? You just looking for people to pat you on the back and tell you that you are obviously a gold player stuck in bronze elo because of team mates?

I'll give you helpful advice: Your Team Does Not Matter When Climbing.

If you are better than the elo you are playing in, you will consistently stomp the other team and this will lead you to climbing, regardless of having bad team mates.

In your match history, I don't see you stomping the players in your game.

Last 10 overlook:

Teemo game: 0-6-3 = Not better than the people you are against Cho game - 2-4-0 - ^^^^

Nocturne game: 8-6-5 = Better than your other games, but still a bad KDA ( 3.0 is where you start to hit a decent KDA, 2.17 doesn't cut it for climbing )

Nocturne 8-5-7 = You hit a 3.0 KDA and won a game

Cho - 2-5-2 = Not better than anyone

Cho 7-5-6 = Almost 3.0 KDA and you won, see a trend here?

Gonna stop there, but if you want to win, have a better KDA and you will win.

Some other helpful solo queue tips.

  1. Never be a hero

  2. Roam if you are ahead

  3. Split pushing is a God given gift

  4. Don't chase kills unless it'll get you an objective

  5. Die to protect your nexus turrets. I don't care if you are the supp and its 1v5. The few seconds that you stall the enemy team can stop them from winning

Karlyr4 votes

Okay... I said I would smite you down your little cloud... Here we go.

Half your losses you didn't even contribute to help your team in any way. http://prntscr.com/aftmxp

And half you wins you are getting carried af. http://prntscr.com/aftn9n

You NEVER EVER have a kill participation over 50% EVEN WHEN YOU JUNGLE. Jungle should be the role which has the most kill participation since you gank and pressure all the lanes. (And I'm not even touching on the fact that you have wrong keystone masteries in 90% of your games)

These printscreens are made in specific areas of your match history, but still points your biggest flaws. If getting out of bronze is so hard... Start by :

Scores have nothing to do with it. Those scores are from games with afks and feeders so of course I didn't do well.

WingsofGulgazor3 votes

all you have to do is focus on yourself. You can't change your teamates but you can improve yourself and with doing that you will naturally climb. What you are saying is proof that you are at the elo you deserve and not only that but as long as you get angry at your teamates and stop seeing any mistakes that you can improve on yourself it becomes impossible to improve. You have to realize that at that elo the enemies make all sorts of mistakes that can lead to getting easy kills hence every few games even among people of the same level there will be heavy feeders. But once you start seeing these mistakes and improve yourself you can be the one being fed every game.

MegaManYYZ3 votes

so being 0-6-0 on Sejuani is someone else's fault, not your own?

magic pole3 votes

pretend your teammates are minions. expect them to die.

you have to carry yourself out of bronze. There is no teamwork down there. Even if there is, it doesnt matter. Getting fed and getting kills/towers is the path out of bronze

just learning to CS properly will get you out of bronze. You can have 150 minions killed by 20 minutes easily, while your opponent might have 50

Prosayo3 votes

It is difficult to climb in Bronze, only if you belong in Bronze.

To be fair, it's impossible to get out of Bronze on purely supportive champions. I've recently picked up Volibear, Poppy, Fiora, and Vlad, and am working my way out through sheer force of will in the top lane. Play a champ who can snowball and it's easy to climb, even if you don't enjoy it as much as playing the ultimate CC train that you used to in the Jungle.

Sadly, objective control doesn't win games anymore. Lane pressure is the only thing that can, so you'd better have a way to push down those lanes and fast.

I don't play any of those 4 champs. I use Cho, Noc, Sej and Soraka. That's it. Because that's who I am best with.

I played nothing but Sejuani for two weeks (one of my two champions with mastery Rank 5) and found that I could not carry with her in the jungle. Learn to play someone who can carry and you'll get out. Nocturne can do it if you get big and assassinate squishies, but that's about it. Cho can become a mega-tank and even then you can sometimes convince your team to follow up on your engages. Just don't be bad at the game and you can climb.

that told me nothing. Don't be bad? That's like telling someone don't be poor.

He's saying don't play champions with garbage-tier carry potential. Playing Chogath and expecting your team to follow up on your engages in bronze is being bad at the game.

So, playing someone I enjoy, I can't do? This is just getting worse and worse.

If you want to play someone you enjoy, go play normals. If you want to play ranked and carry games, play top-tier champions.

I was a bronze in s5 and I rose to silver and its easy to rise in to higher ELO from low ELO, you just have to ward and try not to make any mistake. Watch NB's spectates, he has real fucking info for junglers but i'm sure laners can learn from it too.

Warding doesn't help I have tried that. It's not easy. And watch other play doesn't help me in the least. I have tried that, it doesn't work at all for me.

A pink ? Some pinks. that's one of the stats that is the most evident between ranks.

Higher rank = higher ward count.
