Kog'Maw Jungle?

Hey there, Master Fledgling here.

Kog'Maw is actually pretty cool -- He's a Pokemon unleashed unto the unsuspecting world of Runeterra. Real talk -- He'd be Dragon/Poison or Dragon/Dark type (Or Bug type?) and would be a cool, unappreciated sweeper. I'm thinking 71/121/62/131/62/85. Ability, Sniper or Aftermath, what with his ult and passive. Not bad, you little monster you.

Ehem. Pokemon rant aside;

Has anyone ever taken him into the jungle? As I understand, he has a rough time in lane, but can become quite scary later. With lots of percentage damage and all the mana he wants from blue buff, why not take him there? He's squishy, sure, but slap some armor on him and kite for awhile. His ganks would be 'eh' but I imagine it would be the late game you live for, becoming an extra ADC that can roam, hold lanes, and hopefully burst down enemies.

Let me know if it's ever been or could be a thing,

I want to be the very best (like no one ever was)

-MF KogMaw

I feel like without a super hard leash he would die to his first camp. :/ Especially without the old soft leash higher cap, so I don't think you could do a full clear without 3 or more backs xD

Thats an interesting idea since foresters have been getting buffs. A farming forester might be pretty interesting and with his kit he could farm fairly quickly. I'm not sure if Kog is the best suited for the role, but then again I am not good enough at ad mechanics to even try him in the forest. Maybe someone could try this out in 5s to see how it fairs.

I love Kog'maw. And I have actually done things like Jungle Jinx or Twitch for fun in the past so it can be done.

Warning! Bubble bursting below:

However, it's not at all competitive. Like I kind of implied, Jungle Twitch was actually an off-jungler since a long time ago. The problem is that taking off picks now (Ranged ADs, APs, even tanks) is that there have been tons of "environmental nerfs" to off-picks that have been occurring for a long time. Especially now in S5, it's even worse. You can still clear the camps but there isn't anything stopping any of the Invasion/Early aggression Bruiser assassins that were so dominant in S4 that it warranted the change to the S5 that made them worse. You can clear the first two camps while the enemy Bruiser can clear his two camps, faster and with more health, and then comes over to bully you for your pocket change and buffs.

It's kinda sad, because Pow-Powing a camp, then shooting a Mega-Death Rocket to pick up a killing while walking to the next is a lot of fun, but it's kinda ruined when their champ can come beat you down whenever he wants and there's nothing I can do because his champ is just made better.

Well, in a -very- relaxed normals game, my first game went 9/4/10. Not necessarily credible though yet.
