Add 'Gangplank Announcer' voice option to 'Captain Gangplank' skin (Think DJ Sona)

My suggestion is the title. A lot of people loved the Bilgewater event, myself included. Having my favorite champion of all time as an announcer for a few weeks made me choked up happy -- it would be a shame to have recorded all those lines and not get to use them again, and this way those that want to hear the King of Bilgewater announce the game can and those that don't won't. Just drop it in as you do with DJ Sona's music.

Make it happen, dear Riot Employee. This, with my limited understanding of coding, should be quite simple.

Just make it a toggle feature in the ingame options. Choose between the normal announcer, gp and PROJECT. Like the colorblind mode. I don't think it would be that hard to implement.

It wasn't, but it makes sense why you had to own him, otherwise it'd be the most common skin next to Hextech Annie.

I feel you fam. But I fucking EARNED that skin. Not only did I main Gangplank before his rework, but I've hit Mastery V and bought every one of his skins, so I'd say i more than earned Captain Gangplank.

For me personally, my new build has consistently been to start with the Tiamat and then 90% of the time a Sheen. It goes

item 1036 item 2003 X 3 into a item 3077 as soon as possible. A well rounded final build for me this patch has been:

item 3074 item 3025 item 3111 item 3156 item 3742 item 3022 Something like that anyways.

EDIT - think of Gangplank as a good disrupting bruiser now that can pack a huge wallop instead of this really fragile back line glass cannon that can win teamfights on his own but doesn't because everyone shoots his barrels with 3 marksmen team comps.

It's a lot more fun and consistent.

Even if I had to pay for this, I would be willing to spend upwards of $20 just for this. I already own the Captain Gangplank skin, so free pack is cool too. Just saying I'm more than willing to pay.
