Add 'Gangplank Announcer' voice option to 'Captain Gangplank' skin (Think DJ Sona)

My suggestion is the title. A lot of people loved the Bilgewater event, myself included. Having my favorite champion of all time as an announcer for a few weeks made me choked up happy -- it would be a shame to have recorded all those lines and not get to use them again, and this way those that want to hear the King of Bilgewater announce the game can and those that don't won't. Just drop it in as you do with DJ Sona's music.

Make it happen, dear Riot Employee. This, with my limited understanding of coding, should be quite simple.

Just make it a toggle feature in the ingame options. Choose between the normal announcer, gp and PROJECT. Like the colorblind mode. I don't think it would be that hard to implement.

I miss the items from that event though, I know this isn't relevant but I wish that had kept more than just Deadmans.

Even if I had to pay for this, I would be willing to spend upwards of $20 just for this. I already own the Captain Gangplank skin, so free pack is cool too. Just saying I'm more than willing to pay.

I'm a longtime GP announcer user, and since the removal of a file for it to work, i'm dying to get it back. Tired of the same old woman announcing my games.
