ezreal

a random ezreal main recommended him and I'm trying him out, but I'm having trouble figuring him out. I'm doing 15 AD rune page and I really like my early level damage with that, and if I have a good early game I'm huge mid game and late game I'm a power house. but some games, like if the vayne is too smart, lets me out farm but doesn't let me all-in her without getting away, then come 6 she can out play me and my sup some times. or if it's like a Caitlin and I can't poke her at all? I just don't have the damage mid game, being behind in levels over the solo laners and only even in items at best, if they're fed they're ahead. having ganks from a jungler or mid that gets me a kill, or even just outplaying my opponents staight up is nice and all, but I'm looking for a reliable build for the games that doesn't happen.

especially if there's a tank jungler or top laner, like tahm kench.. or gangplank. I mean yeah he's not a tank but he kites really well and has more natural tank than an ADC... or against champs with power-spike ults like riven or vayne, being behind me in cs doesn't really hurt them unless I jump them, being even with them in kills sucks too. as long as I'm ahead of the solo laner/jgler or somehow even in levels and items, it isn't as big a deal and while the damage isn't superb against tanks well they're tanks. but if they are fed and I'm only even in lane then I'm behind as well as that lane on my team, and it makes for a tough game, especially if my lane opponent is vayne or blitz or thresh. I can out play my lane opponents in an even game, but those three are great in team fights if I'm not ahead of them...

my build is manamune -> triforce -> lucidity boots and then either last whisper or botrk. those five and then either a defensive item or infinity edge is my final item. should I like, build infinity edge or botrk second instead of tri force, if I know I have to fight a fed tank and I want the sustained damage? or maybe a phantom damage second or third? usually by my third item (not counting boots) manamune has evolved so a third-item phantom dancer after triforce I am gonna try some time soon.

generally, I'm not entirely sure if I like tri force at all. last time I played ez a lot, I found it hard to notice that power spike. and this time also. I mean it's obvious if I have it and am fed xD but then I have a level advantage and usually an item advantage, so it's not so much the item itself as it is the game. maybe it's in his kit somewhere and I'm not playing right to see the power spike? I mean the extra damage from super-sheen is nice, but if I'm gonna go sheen I honestly like the slow from iceborn gauntlet so I can go in and out and in and out, like poke and then pull back. or cc in team fights early, and then cleanup at the end. but if I'm trying to do sustained damage, to deal with the front line, I want to be able to use a lot of auto-attacks and I don't see the damage in triforce in this case, since I only have the q really as a way to proc it. w I guess but it's expensive and with I I almost alwasy e-q and I want to try to save it anyway for timely uses so it doesn't really count. q procs sheen itself anyway, so I can't go q-auto-auto-w-auto it's just not worth it's q and then wait for another q so I can stay in a safe zone until it's time to clean up, and... that's just not team fight material. if a tank dives me I do no damage to him because I have triforce, which is all about the burst/skirmishing/seige.

and I mean maybe if I just suck it up and go ranked I'll have teamates who can siege with me (but in normals any time I encourage a siege if I know it's time to pull back they don't and then we lose a tower or a team fight) or a sup who will engage the adc if I land an early game poke (like I can get one of them half health level 1 consistently but in normals they just run away and farm safely and I can't stop them from doing that) and like, I'll get a 10 cs lead but that's negligible as the game progresses.

I mean I'll go mess around with builds in normal and try looking up builds on sites but advice from ez mains out there would be very useful.

I'm silver 2 right now by the way, trying to get to gold.

The way that ezreal works is that his mid is strong do to his kite that he has. Your build is good but don't upgrade tear tell you have at lest 650 stacks on it. You mainly want to sit back and poke them b4 team fights, when the team fight starts ult as many as you can the spam the fuck out of W-Q with auto attacks. DON'T E for damage just DO NOT, with out it if they have some one who can get to you your fucked. Ezreal is the lest tanky ADC out of ALL OF THEM so use the E for escapes or if you know you can use it and be fine. In lane just poke with Q and LAST HIT don't atuo the minion wave, all you would do is push up and then put a big gank me sign over your lane. so just poke and poke and poke b4 fights and in lane. I know i am just s5 but i've gotten 2 pentas and over 120 game with ezreal.

Vayne counters ezreal... shit everyone else has better explainations

If u go blue ez u get tear on back tho it doesnt give u ad but if u get fed first or u stay out long and farm u can also get pick with it

Ur q is most of ur dmg and ur w is an attack speed boost to allies also ur ult is global and has a big width and low cd so ppl like to ult the next wave after pushing to enemy tower

If u dont go blue then I think u get Trinity and bork then some of the other adc stuff
