Draven Probably the best example is Draven. He his whole kit is built around getting the kills. Darius One kill leads to more kills. Katarina without items is pathetic. Katarina with items is a nightmare.

Assassins and light fighers like Fiora are the textbook examples. The flipside of these champs is that they're often worthless without the kills.

I'm amazed I don't see Riven here, she's a classic Snowballer. Irelia 's also pretty hard to stop. Other than those, Fiora Katarina Vayne and sometimes Fizz

Vayne is insane at snowballing late game she has the power to melt anyone. Garen is great because once he hits higher levels his health regen is unstoppable. And since his recent rework (even after nerf) Darius' life steal with his Q is just so overpowered.
