Nice and simple, this one -- does Runeglaive proc spells? Lyandry's, Riylai's and Luden's would all be wonderful conjunctions, if that was the case. I remember there was some obnoxious, AP Ezreal nonsense, so they might have removed that.

Runglaive applying spell effects was a bug and was fixed in patch 5.13. Runeglaive no longer applies spell effects (e.g. Rylai's Crystal Scepter, Liandry's Torment, Luden's Echo).
not any more, but on release it was bugged and proceed things like Luden's Echo.
The ezreal thing was that ruinglave was giving him some good waveclear/sustain on his q. Then he would build a ludens and have his ult take half your health with two items. They nerfed the ruinglaves so the aoe/sustain only procs on monsters to keep ez from being a monster he is always on the verge of being.
