Best 6300 for carrying solo Q?

Just got up to 6300 and I am trying hard to decide between Fiora (I have seen her pubstomp many a time), Nami, and Braum (both of which I want so I can expand my support pool), and Jinx. Which of these champions do you think can carry solo Q the hardest, and why? Thanks guys!
