Friend with an Interesting Story (needs YOUR help)

Hey guys! I will give the shortest possible description of what is going on, but it is up to you to help this guy! Visit his stream on twitch if you want more details on his story! (twitch.tv/fa_redeye) Basically, he works in a construction company, and he played league for a while back in Season 1, after which he stopped playing for whatever reason. His boss began to brag about how his son was going to college on a League Scholarship , after which he called BS. He started bragging how his son was the "top 1%", and how him getting to Platinum was a perfect accomplishment. This eventually led to his boss and he getting in an argument over whether Plat was actually that good. Basically, he is now taking off work to try to get to Platinum or Diamond, and he needs tips on getting better. He couldn't recover his old account (didn't remember username, password, or recovery info). He is level 28 now, and aiming on going to Plat or higher, and his current job depends on it.
