• Max W most of the time, very good clear and high damage/sustain. Use W in spider form as an auto attack reset.
• Engage in human form in most ganks, I suggest chilling smite for more accurate E casts, and follow up with a Q, W, and transform into Spider form. Continue with Q into Auto's if in range, otherwise, Rappel in and do the same.
• Build her very hybrid AP/Tanky, she scales well and, once again, has a lot of sustain that can synergize with tankiness. I suggest Cinderhulk or Runeglaive, depending on your personal playstyle, into a RoA, Rylai's Abyssal scepter, and Sunfire if you didn't take Cinderhulk, as essentials. Primarily the Rylai's, and if you're going AP, a Liandrie's.
• Gank aggressive early on, I would focus getting deep wards early on and focusing lanes that the enemy jungler is not at, and getting fed, and pushing with your laners. Get the early advantage and go from there. Elise is very good at holding a lead.

Other than that, I'd say have fun with it. She's mobile, good clear, good ganks, and a cool character all-round. Good Luck :)
