In the low ELO that is Silver IV I've noticed nobody pings. Ever. Like seriously never. And I get that you're supposed to ward, and that whole map awareness thing, but I shouldn't have to keep track of YOUR lane, as well as mine. It takes about a half a second, so it's not wasting time. Or danger/caution pings, let's say you just saw Kat walk through the bush facing Top, right (im speaking of mid lane of course) maybe, just once, you actually pinged MIA, that's great, but if you saw where she's going you may also want to ping whatever lane she was headed to, it's not as big of a deal as not pinging at all, but it definitely helps, and I'd appreciate it.

If you want to climb in solo q you have to stop relying on your team to do what you should be doing. Count everything as your mistake and see how you can improve. Blaming others wont get you anywhere. You got ganked by someone elses lane because you werent paying attention to the map, end of story.
