Okay, I'm silver IV, so maybe you won't listen to me, but that's not the point. The point is, buy wards. Seriously. They help. It's a habit I'm still trying to get into, but it really helps. "But I don't have the gold." Yes. You do. A single costs 75 gold. That's nothing. You don't have to buy three and a every time you back. All you need to buy is a single ward. That's it. And it takes like 5 seconds to place it, total. "But I'm losing CS if I go off and ward." You know when else you're going to lose CS? WHEN YOU'RE DEAD BECAUSE THEIR JUNGLER JUST GANKED YOU AND YOU DIDN'T SEE HIM COMING SO YOU DIED YOU SCRUBLORD. Anyway what I'm trying to say is. Buy some wards. It's better for everyone, it doesn't just help you, it helps other lanes know where your lane opponent is, it helps your jungler know if their jungler is counter-jungling (lot's o' jungle in that sentence) Just. Buy. Wards.
