Morellos book is not just CDR

ok so i have been through many matches where a or a is outhealing our adc or healing back all their health from being bursted by our APC. and when i tell my teamates to get a morello they always say " i don't need it i have enough mana regen and or CDR ".

***THAT DOESN'T MATTER ***

what matters is being able to fight the guys. if your ignite is on CD or you simply don't have one you have no chance in the late game to do anything unless you have a morello or a champion that can apply a grievous debuff. otherwise they will steam roll you and your team.

so be a good ally to your team and get a grievous
