Runes and masteries for Voli top and Voli jungle

Hey there! Voli's actually one of my mains in the jungle, and he can be great so long as your team knows how to follow up.

My rune page for jungle Voli is AD marks, Armor seals, MR/level Glyphs, and AS quints. The goal with this set is to have just a bit more damage on each auto while the AS quints ramp up his attack speed by synergizing with Frenzy stacks. I also tend to play my Volibear by sacrificing early tankiness for a damaging jungle item. In season 4 I would build a Feral Flare, and currently I build him with Skirmisher's/Devourer's, but then straight tank after that. It allows me to be both incredibly tanky and put out an amount of damage that would surprise most between the pure attack speed, the slight increase in AD, the magic on hit from Devourer, and when Smite is available during a duel the additional true damage.

That's just how I play him, though. It works well for me, but it might not be the most ideal for you. Good luck, and as one last tip I'd suggest that if you take him in the jungle you go Ghost/Smite instead of Flash/Smite. It increases the potency of your ganks considerably since his Q isn't exactly the best gap closer around.
