Building anything other than tank on Zac?

Hey there, Master Fledgling here!

Plain and simple -- is with worth building any damage on Zac? Even when it's damage, it's still a tanky item, but they don't seem to do that much. Magic pen is valuable over other stats I know, but no damage item screams beneficial for him.

He has really high base AP damage with E if you can land it. W can shred tanks really easily, and Q does good damage with high AP. Your ultimate is there to escape ASAP after landing E. Tank is more reliable overall.
