Is Azir a prior focus?
Let's say i'm playing as Riven against an Azir and a Jinx in a teamfight, they're both equally skilled and have the same amount of gold. Who do i focus first. Which one does more damage.

Azir can CC your team with his wall, so they can DPS you from a distance, so it's better to focus him. But if it's a lategame, you are screwed with Riven, because they outscale you - they can 2-3 shot you from a distance. The only way to kill anyone of them is to flash+W, but if they have flash, you are dead.
Ideally, the APC is a higher priority target IF he still has his skills availble for use and you want to kill him because he complete his rotation. If he's already gotten off his full rotation, then most of his damage has been done, and the ADC (Jinx) is now the highest priority target. That being said, if his rotations are down he's now an easier target to kill and will play more defensively until they're back up to compensate for it.
Focus Azir. He does more damage than Jinx every time. If you blow all your cc on Jinx, Azir will kill you then mop up your team. If you kill Azir first, Jinx will still probably die to you if you play it right. Make sure you either flash W or EW out of a bush so he can't react because if you use Q to close the gap he's just going to wall you and kill you.
That's your best bet anyway. Riven has a REALLY hard time killing an Azir who knows what he's doing. He can disjoint your 3rd Q with his E and his R, he will build Zhonya into you, he can kill you as fast as you can kill him, and if he walls off a corridor during a fight and your flash isn't up then you're a fish in a barrel.
