Anyone comfortable about this topic? Do they take art from players and fans? For splash art, skins, new champions, etc. Do you need a special license to sell/buy art? I understand they have a deviant art for this but i'm not really sure what that deviant is for.
They may feature art, and have on 2 occasions used fan submissions for skins, once for a champion. Surprise party fiddle/battle bunny riven & Braun's look
But in general, not really, due to paperwork and copyrights and other things that aren't fully understood.
They might take inspiration from your art,but not really more.

And there are some skins who were inspired by fan-concepts,but thats about it.
Not that i am trying to submit art, i do not draw other than with pencil and crayons.
