Higher MMR, Higher LP?

Hello! Well, i am silver 2, first season. not really that good but i v been doing good lately. Now that i fixed my computer and my fps deosnt drop to 08 anymore i can play normal and i have been doing pretty well. getting fed. never overextending. making silver plays hehe but my question is: I WIN 15-17LP i lose 15-17LP, but rarely i win 21LP and lose 20LP, rarely. u wot m8? wha? how? I searched the internet about how to get more LP and stuff and it s same old talking about MMR... those rank games were DUO starting from the orianna game others were solo. y duo was silver 4 (now s3). Soooooooooooo do i just keep grinding until i can get more LP? or is the system gonna keep try to keep me in silver?

So even though you've won the last 7 games, your overall record is 215/216 W/L. This basically means that your MMR has settled exactly where you need to be because you're at a 50% win rate.

The entire goal of the system is to get you to 50%, and the only way to start getting 25 LP for a win again is to get your win ratio so high at your current elo that you start playing people above your rank again.

If you can sustain a 65%+ or so win rate for a little while you'll start getting higher LP gains.

You probably gain more LP when the MMR of your opponents are higher than yours. And you lose more LP when you lose to lower MMR opponents. For example: (mmr value is not real just went for the most basic representation)

If your duo has 10 mmr and you have 1 you'd probably face people with 5 mmr. If you win you get more LP and if you lose you'd lose average. But your duo would gain average if you win and if you lose he'd lose more LP.

I'm not sure but this is probably how it goes. Correct me if I'm wrong.

It's MMR based as in if your MMR is greater than your division it will get you more lp. In duo if the person your duo with is gold and yur on a hot streak you will get more LP and can possibly skip divisions. I skipped s4,s2, and G3 last season.
