I got reported for harassment for saying "gg ez" at the end of a game. I said that cuz they were wining and liss was spamming laugh all game taunting us and when we won i wanted to pay her back so i said that and i got reported... sigh i already got banned i haven't been toxic in games anymore but i don't wanna get banned for life just because i said that...

As others have mentioned, saying things along the lines of "GG EZ" are considered unsportsmanlike conduct. This falls under "Show Humility in Victory, and Grace in Defeat" in the Summoner's Code.
If you don't have anything nice to say, it's best to not say anything at all. On the flip side, if someone is doing well, it's always nice to encourage your team, or even say things like 'well played' to an opponent.
TL;DR - It's not cool to say things like "GG EZ".
"gg ez" pretty much translates as "good game, you guys sucked like hell!", and this is still considered unsportsmanship.

When someone spams emotes to sound like a douche, I will occasionally make myself sound douchey as well. But when I lose a game that was fun or otherwise an honorale loss, only for some butthead to say "gg ez" and make me upset about the loss. I consider it toxic when unprovoked.
Anything that can remotely under any circumstance make someone mad in this game is considered toxic. Although saying that isn't truly toxic in any way, sensitive players will report you for it and you will be banned.
I believe that Riot's reporting AI auto reports people who say "GG EZ" at or near the end of the game, regardless if someone reports them or not now.
Yes, I'd say so. Don't get me wrong, there are worse offenses. But imagine you're on the other team and you were trying really hard to win, and here you are saying "Good game, but you were garbage I didn't even have to try"
That's not very nice.
On the flip side if you say that when you lose, it's just funny.

I generally make sure to report for that, so yeah. Violates the summoner's code.
If you lose, on the other hand, it's okay to say 'gg ez'. Especially if there's an ezreal on the other team :V

Why? Because by saying "GG EASY", you're basically saying "You were a worthless waste of my time, you shitty fucking player". And considering your opponent is probably already feeling shitty over losing, he really doesn't need some smartass saying that all his efforts were meaningless.

People love to be told that they aren't trying they're best.
I usually just say "whose laughing now" if they laugh the whole game.
Words are never toxic, only the context and the attitude behind them can be.
"gg ez" can function both as a jest and a taunt/provocation, it depends.
