Trying to learn leblanc

Really love her evasive playstyle and the jukes i can come up with. However im struggling to not trade kill for kill in game. I take out my opponnent but then die to. Any tips on builds, runes, and masteries. Im currently going what feels mostly like a glass cannon which is fun and all but i cant continue like that
