Looking for a mechanics coach

So I have been playing league for about 2 years off and on. I have all but 5 champs, tons of rune pages. I keep up with the LCS so I understand meta picks / strategy. My map awareness is ok but working on it. I like to think i'm a reasonably competent player but to do ok in matchups I have to play jungle for the most part because it is the least mechanically intensive role. I can counter jungle, keep timers, plan ahead, etc. I just can't carry from an adc standpoint and it is infuriating. So would love a coach to help me out with improving my mechanics.

IGN is Reluctor or post below as you see fit :)

First of all check ADCs with high pick and winrate in Plat soloQ: http://www.lolking.net/charts?region=all&type=champion-winrate&range=daily&map=sr&queue=1x1&league=platinum

Second check this lists: http://www.nerfplz.com/2015/05/2015-champion-tier-list-solo-queue_31.html http://www.nerfplz.com/2015/05/which-champions-are-strongest-when.html

Third: not with every champion you can climb in soloQ. Even pro ADC getting to Diamond by playing top and midlanes: http://lol.gamepedia.com/Tabzz

Less watch LCS for picks - many players said that they're playing different in soloQ because its different place.

Now all roles are mechanically intensive - thx Rio for rising skillcap of entire game.

Imho for mechanics you better read guides and watch some high elo games for champion you want to be good. And then try do same things. You don't need to have pro level mechanics to play good with most champions.

Also as a side note, I get lost in team fights very easily. between all the health bars on top of each other and such is there a good way to keep track of where i've been bounced to and such?
