Duo Q combos

So I like playing with other people that I can talk to more than just spamming solo Q. Was thinking about some fun combos to play with the hope of smashing games.

Combo 1. Shyv Jung / Nasus top. Shyvana is my favorite champion, and currently her jungling is insanely strong. She can power farm at an unbelievable rate causing her mid to late game to be very strong. Nasus has his cane. You have to respect it. They compliment each other in that Nasus can help shyv stick to targets via wither, helps shred their armor for her, and shyv can temporarily slow (botrk) or push them closer to nasus so he can wither / cane them. These 2 running around post 25 minutes as a duo I think would demolish.

Combo 2. Nunu Jung / Jax top. Nunu is still the king of counter jungles and his blood boil is always an asset. Jax is the ever present hyper carry that people hate. Nunu can give jax the edge by slowing others move / attack speed with snow ball, then blood boiling him to nuke down the champ / tower with an endless split push. Nunu's ult can zone away the opponents while jax goes to town on a turret or disengage for them both.

Combo 3. Jarvin jung / Poppy top. Jarvan will probably always be a strong jungler, and combining his ult with others abilities is often a recipe for success. Poppy is strange. Poppy has a super weak early game against anyone with harass and she needs a little time to ramp up. I think the support of a jarvin can relieve pressure on her lane and allow her to scale well. As far as fighting together, poppy charge pushing someone into jarvins wall adds an extra stun, and the 2 have ridiculous burst potential. Jarvin's knockup, ult, and slow will all help poppy stick to a target.

Any thoughts with these combo's? Any suggestions for other combos? I used top / jung but other lanes are of course welcome. I will admit Combo 1 is my favorite so dissecting that would be a great help.
