Aatrox or Viktor
For someone who mains Khazix as a jungler(and sometimes top or mid rarely) who would be a better fit based off of mechanics and game strategy? And what are the perks or unique things for each champion?

well if you rarely play top or mid, you should buy aatrox for jungling
is more familiar to you if you're a Kha'zix player - He has a jump, ranged poke, and nasty melees, but he builds rather differently. He's a carry top-laner that can jungle (poorly) as well.
is an immobile mage with a tough laning phase, but later on he's a teamfight monster who can cripple a 5-man squad by himself if he lands a W into R-E combo. He won't play like anything Kha'zix has, though.
i play a lot of khazix jungle too, and i actually like Viktor quite a bit (he doesn't play anything like the bug, though). Viktor actually wins most lane matchups, he's just a bit weak against most assassins (like any other mage). he's a monster late game though; with his recent rework he gets a TON of AP late game and with some good positioning can wreckk teams in their faces.
Aatrox plays a bit more like khazix. He's not considered top-tier right now, but he's a pretty good top laner, and ok jungler (i tried him a bit in the jungle last season and he was ok, haven't tried him this season; you'd probably want lifesteal or attack speed runes). If you want to try out Aatrox, try looking up some youtube videos of a european pro player named Freddy ( i forget which team he plays for); he's famous for his Aatrox play, and people ban the champ in pro play when facing him.
