Please Help Me Making the Best out of My Graphic Card

Hi, I have a problem, when i play league of legend my fps drops to literally 08 or 05 when we are in teamfight or when there is a lot of minions around me or when there are people around me using skills(animation). When my fps drops I can't tell who is where and who is doing what so it really kills the fun. I have everything on SUPER LOW quality. attached is my VIDEO SETTINGS in game. Please help me make the best of my old laptop in order to have a good teamfight where i can tell who is where doing what. Thank you! i'll provide any information needed.

Laptop Information: I have an acer aspire 4830T with Widows 7 Home Premium Service Pack 1 Processor: Intel(R) core(TM) 2.4GHz RAM is 6GB 64bits and my graphic card is: Intel(R) HD Graphics 3000

I bought this laptop back in 2012 so it's pretty old and i can't afford a new one. I already updated graphic card but still nothing.

Switch from power saver mode to high performance mode in the power options section?

When in-game, open task-manager and set the game as high priority.

I LOVE YOU. I don't know if this helped but when i did it i had NO FPS drops bro NONE! 0 OMG! i hope this is a fix.

It's possible you might have to do that with each game. I've never done this personally but I've heard it from other people in the past. Still, I'm glad to hear it might have helped.
