Please Help Me Making the Best out of My Graphic Card

Hi, I have a problem, when i play league of legend my fps drops to literally 08 or 05 when we are in teamfight or when there is a lot of minions around me or when there are people around me using skills(animation). When my fps drops I can't tell who is where and who is doing what so it really kills the fun. I have everything on SUPER LOW quality. attached is my VIDEO SETTINGS in game. Please help me make the best of my old laptop in order to have a good teamfight where i can tell who is where doing what. Thank you! i'll provide any information needed.

Laptop Information: I have an acer aspire 4830T with Widows 7 Home Premium Service Pack 1 Processor: Intel(R) core(TM) 2.4GHz RAM is 6GB 64bits and my graphic card is: Intel(R) HD Graphics 3000

I bought this laptop back in 2012 so it's pretty old and i can't afford a new one. I already updated graphic card but still nothing.
