Quints of Crit damage Marks of Crit chance Seals of armor Glyphs of Magic Resist

That's what I used to run on critplank.

idk? crit damage runes to screw someone over late game? crit runes to screw someone over early game? or just go standard ad armor mr runes? cuz they always work

Standard AD rune page. 15 AD from marks and quints, 9 armor from seals and flat MR from Glyphs. That 15 AD will skyrocket with your crits late game.

Standard 21/9/0 masteries. All the way down the AD path, put a point in the "if you crit your attack speed will increase" as well as every other offensive point you can put to maximize his damage.

AD will help you farm easier, outpoke your opponents with autos and Q, while crit damage runes will do nothing but rely on luck to win. After watching a diamond GP play, I decided to take his build into consideration and I'm amazed of the results. But since you only wanted runes and masteries I'll try and not go out of the context :P
