Critical Damage runes. They don't help you at all until you have lots of critical hit chance and AD, so they're very much a "win more" rune when they do anything at all. You're almost always better off with Scaling Attack Damage runes if you want late-game damage.

Percent Health runes. They don't scale as well as Scaling Health Runes unless you build huge amounts of health, and aren't that much better than Flat HP runes even when they scale. Occasionally used on beefy tanks or as a compromise between Scaling Health and Flat Health.

Critical Hit Chance runes (outside one Mark for 1% crit chance cheese). Most champions that could use them are better with Flat AD so they can last-hit easier early game.

Time Spent Dead Quintessences. In the few edge cases they can be useful, you'd almost always still have been better off with real stats so you don't die as much.

Experience Quintessences. They don't do enough unless you're a champion that scales hugely with ranks in their ultimate and are skilled enough to abuse that power spike.

time death seems useless indeed

experience quintence i felt like they might be good for roaming suport ?

health percentage ? i actualy play some champs who build tons of hp like sejuani or i sometimes build item 3709 item 3071 item 3022 on reksai wich sort of is allot of healt i stil havent bought anny of these yet but a long time ago i bought cdr runes and than later heard about 40% cdr cap finding them useless ( i now have found use for them do )

than theres for example blue mr runes wich in some positions r a bit useless to blue scaling mr runes ( since ur most likely gonne meet ap champs afther they scaled beond regulai ones or are almost equal )

just trying to not feel dumb again :p

Roaming supports haven't been a thing since Season 1 IIRC. I agree on the Flat MR blues - only useful in situational matchups where you need that early MR to survive lane.

Cooldown runes are also useful on characters like Garen and Riven. They can also be good on other AD-caster types that like short cooldowns but don't have a lot of space in their build to get more CDR that way. Also, one scaling CDR quint + 5% from masteries lets you cap CDR late-game without building Ionian Boots of Lucidity or wasting 5% cdr from one of your items. But yeah, running piles and piles of CDR runes is pretty usually.

i feel like early cdr does allot for me sure you can get cdr later but having it early can be a huge difference the most cdr i run from lvl 1 is on my suport clas (usualy annie )

where i start with 5% on runes and 10 on masteries than rush boots of lucidity and item 3108 to always have a stun up

roaming suport wel there is bard but he doesnt falls behind that much i have been playing tanky bruiser leblanc suport a bit wich actualy works out really good she has a huge roam potential do ofcourse im not a main suport and im not doing as good as a real suport could but i have been having a few really good games

Yeah, CDR runes vs MR runes is one of the few real trade-offs that make sense on the same champions. The big problem with CDR runes is that they limit your potential build paths because you don't want to pick up more than 40% CDR. Practically all the support items come with at least 10% CDR, so you might be wasting a lot of stats in the end. However, the early aggression can be worth it, and if it fits your playstlye then go for it!
