Kog'maw HELP ME! Plz

I need help with how to play kog'maw and there are no guides with the current patch or last patch was wondering if anyone has tips on how use him that would be nice, also a build would be nice cause all I know is build a tri-force and then I am lost.

ranged poke harass with your w, kite with your e, full burst is landing your q shot and spamming the r button. a lot of people get i.e bork and trinity as the first 3 popular items.
