Take Viktor for example. He has a Prototype skin, which is his less augumented young self and there he has a Creator skin showing him at his prime.

They say it's excessive as in "way too often", but in truth they are full of it. 4 months ago I got a one week ban for posting "mature" content and was said that this is my final warning. In the following 3 months I had 2 posts removed for posting "mature" content without any kind of other punishment, then another week long ban for posting the Thresh "wifestealer" meme and 5 days after it ended got a perm for a Spiderman meme in a Spiderman thread.

A long time ago when I was frequenting a certain The Elder Scrolls forum they had:

Visible moderation consisting of: a. visible warning counter - no fucking questions asked b. comments not being completely deleted, unless it was a multi-post, which were either removed to combined, depending on the content. You could also say sorry in the doubled post and ask for a removal there; nobody would make a problem c. threads posted in wrong sections were moved to the correct one in most cases d. comments with "bad" content were in most cases censored and a colored comment was added by a moderator
Strict set of rules. For example "No swearing" meant "No swearing". Period.
Moderation which followed those rules, instead of issuing punishment based on their personal butthurt.
Moderator whose behavior didn't follow #3 were warned themselves and on repeated offense removed.

Nobody ever had any problems with it.

League of Legends has none of that.

Bringing any issues with moderation to the Riot Support only shows that they can't deal with it either due to lack of power or knowledge, so bothering with them is a complete waste of time.

Want me to share my Syndra folders too? Why am I having a deja vu there as well... Or better yet: share yours too! Onedrive, Google Drive, Dropbox...surely you have either.

I never really used any of those things, so I dunno.

Then there is when you say "thank you". But I accept skins as well. ;) One just gotta try, right?

Do or do not. There is no try. Well, even if I wanted to, I made myself a policy to not buy any more RP, so unless Rito will make a way to give skins bought with IP, it's a no-go.
