IMO, probably cinderhulk with stalkers, then Titanic hydra (this is so good... the active makes his ult combo devastating and the passive is really good when you get your passive triggered), dead man's plate, Visage or Banshees (depends on their comp), cdr boots, and last item warmogs, GA, or maybe if you want more damage cleaver
