I want a jungler can carry well. I tried both of them during their rotations and liked them both. Who can clear faster and more sustainable? Who can gank better? Who can tank more? Who can peel more? Who can deal more damage? Can you help me?
Rek'Sai got her damage nerfed really hard.

Depends on your skill level. Diamond Plus...take Rek'Sai...less than that...take Vi.
I main Rek'sai and she isn't a jungle champ. She's more of a top champ or mid champ. Rek'sai can counter Katarina, Garen, Nidalee, and Renekton. When you win lane with her, you can start counter jungling and split pushing and get some pretty insane cs. Like, I get over 300 cs in some games if I my lane with Rek'sai.
