30% slow instead of 90%? Now her ult slows less than Permafrost? RITO PLS. Also, they nerfed her W's % HP damage.

it's not that these changes are ruinous but they're entirely unjustified, even if they're very minor
i hope the slow % on her ult is reverted or at least raised to be higher than her spammable basic ability

I don't get how Sejuani gets nerfed before a really obnoxious champ like 
. I started playing her around when her remake came out and loved her personality and playstyle, and I will continue to play her because she's my go to jungler, but cripes. It really shows which champions are favored when an underplayed champ like Sejuani is popular for a few weeks and is immediately pimp slapped for it.
Take a champion designed to have tons of cc and little damage. Give said champion damage because YOLO. Champion is now OP. Take away cc.
Proclaim with a straight face that you prefer to nerf weaknesses rather than neuter strengths.
If that's all that happens to her, I will be absolutely ecstatic. R slow decrease only applies if you miss. W %hp decrease is more than offset by Cinderhulk passive.
She should still be quite strong.
How many abilities give you a 90% slow, that can be chained into another 70% slow, when you miss it?
I'm all for the super amazing initiation ult, but landing it should be a requirement.
I actually like this change, it removes some of her sticking power, but if you hit her ult on people like you'd hope to, she's still just as strong.
Certainly better than them taking a baseball bat to her W HP scaling or upped CDs or something.
Maybe Im a scrub, but I dont see these changes as being too too major. I mean, her ultimate was meant to hit someone.

honestly they need to remove her stupid fucking damage she can deal they are nerfing her completely wrong, hurr lets nerf the tanks disruption skills and not the fact she can 100% your carry with one AP item
Okay I think everyone missed this one part:
If you HIT the ult, the STUN IS THE SAME
It only makes a difference if you MISSED the ult, and you still have E to turn it into a 70% slow.
So how many of junglers have been nerfed this season (counting pre-season)? Maybe the "testing" Riot did on the jungle was a total disaster?
That's just insane. Bad enough they got rid of her original passive, but I hope they see the error of their ways.
