Dead Man's Ahri?
Since MS is lost on AA, Ahri wouldn't lose her MS boost without being CC'd. Is this viable, or just a waste of slot?

It's okay to build but Ahri tends to go full glass cannon because of her mobility and removing an item's worth of damage isn't really recommended, but yes it is viable as ahri also likes to pop an aa in a combo (the damage is helpful) and it could help in turret poking too. It also works because of ahri being mobile as hell (stack building).
Though I love building Dead man's on just about everyone (that trail is just awesome).
If you want ms, i would grab something like a lichbane, twin shadows, or even an ardent censor.
