Zeke's Harbinger
I'm a gold 5 support main and am quite incredibly unclear on when, if ever, to build Zeke's Harbinger.
Can someone OP give me some examples of support/adc combos where building this would be justified?

Supports who would like to build it-
(Anyone who's fairly spammy on their spells, for more procs, Leona's kinda unique in there, but that's cause armor+ap just makes her E/W combo hurt like hell, active part is a little odd on her, but she loves all the stats on it a bit too much to pass up.)
Adcs you'd like to apply it to-
(ADC's who mix abilities in with their AA's pretty heavily. Or Ashe, cause...crit.
Plus her ulti makes for an easy "OK got
stacked, time to go ham.")
Item is just good in general. But, it's also situation to playstyle and who you're playing against, and score at the time you get it.
It feels like something to take a small lead (+1 kill/assist/or 1 level advantage) and turn it into a huge snowball.
Also remember the active to switch target/bond is fairly low, so you don't have to leave it on the adc. If, say, you're jungler is

and they have a small lead..or dragon's about to come up, put it on them, let them go ham, then after the fight put it back on adc.
Really just anyone who uses AAs and feels like they're about to have a point where they can output a lot of damage in a short timeframe. (teamfight, objective, high poke trade)
Soraka really likes it because she can build up the passive quickly and easily trigger the passive with E.
I assume it's pretty good since Alex Ich a midlaner was building it in the cs playoffs.
Supports with incentive to keep close to their ADC in situations where defensive buys like Crucible or Locket aren't priority.
