Fiddlesticks?

Hey there! Master Fledgling here.

Bought a new champ. Can you guess who?

Braum, that's right! DrMundo Just kidding. It goes without saying that I bought Fiddlesticks, and I'd love some pointers on him now.

From what I can tell by the few matches I've played, he can be built full AP and explode people if you do it right or you can build him with a Zonya's and then build tanky, and STILL explode people. Just less so.

Anyways, he seems like a fantastic champ and he's a load of fun (Like watching a Vladimir try to kill me in vain as my health just wobbles above 50 or so with my drain ...) but I can tell he is difficult to master. I'm ready to learn, though!

So, if you've played him Jungle, Support or Top even (though mostly the first two -- those are my positions of choice) how do you play him there best?

Many thanks and crowstorms,

-Master Fledgling Fiddlesticks

I have played Fiddle twice in PvP (I don't care for jungling so I don't play him all that often), but what I have learned is that you want to know when to ult, and the range on your ult. If you don't know the range on your ult often times you will not go far enough and your ult will fall short, or you will click outside of it's range and make fiddlesticks walk forward before he starts his channel causing you to miss your oppurtunity. I recommend playing with range indicators on for his ult (assuming your playing with quick cast that is).

There are two high elo Fiddlestick mains out there: Piece of Sheet (PoS) and Nikkone. Each have their own playstyle: Nikkone is generally safer and more calculated, while PoS takes the high-risk-high-reward style

I tend to lean towards the aggressive side while playing Fiddlesticks.

Here's PoS's guide: http://www.solomid.net/guide/view/10768-fiddlesticks-build-guide-jungle-by-piece-of-sheet

And here's Nikkone's: http://www.lolking.net/guides/120111

Those two guides contain a wealth of information. If you have any questions, ask; I used to play a lot of Fiddlesticks, and I've mained him for a majority of my career in grinding to level 30 :P
