How do you buy consumable pots and drink them from the shop if Items are full?
How do you do some pings like Ping an area and Target ping?
Inform me on some of the Keyboard buttons?
I would do it in game, but I don't wanna be distracted during gameplay since I like to take time to read. So teach me here? 
Oh maybe other things I may not know about just may come off the top of your head. I'm still new to the game even with 200 games under my belt.

Nothing complicated; just double click them and you'll drink them directly. This only works for elixirs as far as I know
How do you do some pings like Ping an area and Target ping?
I've never seen or heard of pinging an area, but here's the lowdown on pings:
Press G and left click for a default ping (blank ping if on ground; "x has targeted y" if on a champion or objective)
Press V and left click for a warning ping ("careful" if on ground; "back away from" or "retreat" if on an enemy or allied champion respectively)
Press V or G and hold left click for a special ping menu Up-> Warning Left-> Missing enemy Right-> On my way Down-> Assist me Center-> Cancel ping

As for the pings. The G and left click is the one I didn't know about. Thanks! <3
I normally hold ctrl for the ping menu though I believe.
AdgharKH1 votesYou can't buy elixirs when dead. That's what threw me at first. You have to be alive at the shop in order to drink elixirs with full build.
