Game 1 : 37 to 42. Very close game. Unless we see what happened later on in the game like in teamfights, no one can know for sure what happened.

Game 2: Enemy team just snowballed out of control. Maybe try dying less, but it's not that bad.

Something I try to do, is support the person who is doing the best and get them more fed even if it's means ignoring the rest of the team.

Edit: Only do this if your team is down and pretty help less. (Like the Shaco in one of those games.)

Game one: It seems that Jinx and zac's positioning was probably bad or they got caught. Looks like that happened with Jinx a lot. I see a lot of Jinx death's in your bot jungle. From the death map, it looks like only Nasus, leblanc, and you were grouping mid. I believe if Nasus could of just split pushed and you could of had everyone else grouped, and if the team when after Nasus the 4 of you could of tried winning a fight or taking an objective. It really looked like Zac was having a hard time with his jungle, and Jinx could keep up with Ashe (with Ashe's new rework I understand why lol)

Game two: Other team just started snowballing. The best advise I can say would of been to try and pick off the enemy in their jungle and just group up for objectives.

Now this is just my opinion, hard to tell from not seeing a replay. Hope this helps and enjoy the rift :D

Personally, the first thing I would do is adjust your build for Nami. A popular build from a Diamond player seems to be: item 3222 item 2045item 3270 item 3190 item 3110 item 3102 with: summoner 3 summoner 4 as spells, which you seem to already be doing, so great job there. Obviously if there is a different build that you feel more comfortable using, then by all means use it, and obviously those items are interchangeable with whatever suits the particular game you're in, use your best judgement.

During the early-game laning phase the most important thing you can do as a support to ensure your team's success is to zone the enemy ADC so that your ADC has an open shot at the creeps. Now, keep in mind that if you're zoning your enemy ADC, they're likely going to call on their jungler, so ward ward ward, and try to keep yourself in a position where if a high-mobility jungler (such as Master Yi) is running at you, you can get away.

Now with these two particular games I would say that a lot of it wasn't your fault, in the first game, as the other's have said your teammates probably had some bad positioning issues, and the second game was definitely just an enemy snowball, nothing you could've done there.
